LauPrints ("we", "us") runs the online store at stormresells.com, where a small group of friends sells 3D prints. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

  • Account details. When you create an account we store your email address, a display name, and a securely hashed password. Authentication is handled by our provider, Supabase.
  • Order details. When you buy a print we store the items ordered, the amount, the email associated with the purchase, and a payment reference so we can arrange your local pickup.
  • Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it directly.

How we use your information

We use the information above only to:

  • create and secure your account;
  • process your orders and arrange local pickup;
  • respond to questions and provide customer support;
  • keep the store working, safe, and free of fraud.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and local storage

We use only what's needed to run the store: an essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember the items in your cart between visits. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. See our Terms of Service for more on how the store operates.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make the store run:

  • Supabase — database, accounts, and image storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Vercel — website hosting.

Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the store and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at support@stormresells.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
