Who can use the store

You must be able to form a binding contract to buy from us. If you are under 18, you may use the store only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are confirmed at checkout. The price charged is always calculated by us at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Pickup and fulfillment

Prints are handed off by local pickup. After your payment succeeds, we'll contact you at the email on your order to arrange a time and place. We do not currently ship orders.

Refunds and issues

If something is wrong with your order, contact us at support@stormresells.com and we'll work with you to make it right. Because prints are made to order, refunds are handled case by case at our reasonable discretion.

Intellectual property

The designs, photos, and content on the store belong to their respective creators (the sellers) or to LauPrints. Please don't copy or resell them without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the store to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or abuse other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimer and liability

The store is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, LauPrints is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the store, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
